Working principle:

The shear head of the high-speed rotor and stator inside the container has a strong ability to break and disperse emulsification. The material is subjected to axial suction generated by the emulsification head and is thrown out of the stator hole, forming a flipping streamline and cyclic shear effect. The low-speed stirrer enables the material to be quenched and tempered in a radial and axial motion, enhancing the cyclic mixing and shearing function, ensuring no dead corners in mixing and high emulsification uniformity. Can be combined with assembly line technology.
